Our comprehensive contract manufacturing capabilities include the finishing and assembly of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components and full assemblies. Surface finishing processes such as grinding, deburring, and polishing can be used to smooth out weldments or machined surfaces as well as prepare the metal substrate for any subsequent wet paint or powder coatings.
Products that require a wet paint or powder coating, a five-stage washing system is used to remove any residual oils and properly prepare the surface for maximum coating adhesion. With large batch painting and powder coating booths and a 10 ton overhead crane, even very large fabrications can be accommodated.
Our assembly capabilities include mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical assembly of products for the architectural, institutional, construction, medical, and transportation industries. If full assembly is not desired, parts can be kitted for added convenience and expedited processing at the customer’s facility. With a broad customer base and a wide range of fabrication capabilities, we are able to provide any level of service desired, all of which are backed by our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
